After becoming a mum to two delightful children, I developed a keen interest in pre and post-natal wellbeing. Many clients come to me for specialist pre and post-natal fitness and nutrition support.
I use my experience, knowledge, passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to every client, whatever their fitness goal. Over the years I’ve developed and honed my own concept, which encourages specific pathways to well-being: a balance of bespoke fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. I don’t believe in fad diets promising unsustainable weight loss, or in pushing post-natal bodies in ways they shouldn’t be pushed. I believe in long-term fitness and lifestyle changes that have my clients happily bouncing with energy.”
